CAMP OLIVASeu9, Pampanga, Philippines — The crime rate in Central Luzon was lower in 2024 compared to the previous year.

The 2024 peace and order index showed 3,494 incidents of theft, physical injury, robbery, rape, murder, carjacking and homicide.
The figure is lower than the 3,616 index crimes recorded in 2023.
For non-index crimes or violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 and Violence Against Women and Children Act, the Central Luzon police recorded 12,727 incidents last year and 12,931 in 2023.
